So, I was at Target the other day and found an awesome dupe for of my beloved Nars matte lip pencil. Lately,I have been loving semi matte lipsticks a lot and one of my favorites is Nars matte velvet pencil and i was so excited to find a dupe of Nars lip pencil in color Bella ,
